Our Story

Safe Care Clinical Training was born out of personal experience and a passion for teaching. Orla is a registered general and paediatric nurse over 25 years of experience in the health sector, in both ICU and community. While working in the community sector she recognised a significant need for high-quality clinical training to support healthcare workers, particularly within the community setting, to care for children and adults with complex needs. This inspired the creation of a nurturing and educational environment where participants can build their skills and confidence. Orla has continued her education in many areas including Epilepsy where she is a fellow of the Institute of Buccal Midazolam Educators, palliative care achieving a distinction in the European Certificate in Palliative Care and Advanced Education training. Combining this with her her clinical skills ensures you are receiving the best quality training.
